Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation by ensuring complete and accurate posting of daily financial activity across all departments.
• Verify the accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve any complex discrepancies.
• Analyze reporting anomalies, identify root causes, and collaborate with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations by handling guest issues and assisting in emergency situations as required.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a productive work environment.
