The Role of Operations Manager

Stax Logistics is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all daily operations at its container terminal in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires strong technical and operational knowledge of container terminal and depot activities, with the ability to manage and optimize all aspects of terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Managing yard operations
Overseeing container handling and storage
Optimizing equipment utilization
Workforce management
Ensuring operational efficiency
Maintaining safety standards
Enhancing customer service

Required Experience and Qualifications

5-10 years of direct experience in container terminals or container depots.
Candidates with backgrounds limited to general logistics, freight forwarding, shipping agencies, transportation, or supply chain management will not be considered.
Proven ability to manage and optimize all aspects of terminal operations.
