Role Context

As an Operator & License Owner, you will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Jeddah. This includes developing local partnerships, managing operations, and cultivating an active community of players. The role offers autonomy in shaping local operations while providing access to established systems, expertise, and support from the Singapore headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer operations in Jeddah.
• Establish partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Implement marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of local operations.

Headquarters Support

Support from the Singapore headquarters will be provided, including:

• A technology platform for app functionality, payments, and operational management.
• Established operating systems and processes.
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.
