The Role of Payroll & Operations Specialist

Waad Education is seeking a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join its HR & Operations team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and is crucial for supporting the organization's growing operational needs. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and contributing to efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records and verify data accuracy.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation matters.
Support various HR operations processes and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and relevant labor regulations.
Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide support during audits as required.

Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Good understanding of HR systems and payroll processes; experience with ATS/HRIS is considered a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage for this role.
