About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in the Riyadh Region, specifically in the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah. This full-time role involves providing general healthcare advice, dispensing medication, and supervising retail store operations to ensure sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational readiness are consistently met. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure store readiness by monitoring compliance with internal guidelines, including staff appearance and store conditions, to maintain effective daily operations and a professional environment.
• Process prescriptions and dispense medication, providing consultation on dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions to customers.
• Educate customers on the proper handling of medical equipment for home use, providing necessary information and reference materials.
• Supervise retail store staff, offering development opportunities through performance management, corrective actions, and access to training and coaching.
• Monitor key sales performance targets and customer satisfaction levels at the store level.
• Process payments and reconciliations, managing the cash register and coordinating with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by consulting with customers and proposing appropriate products.
• Perform and monitor operational and staff-related administrative tasks, including workflow, team schedules, inventory management, expense recording, and promotion execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, as well as other operational standards, through regular monitoring and updates.
• Dispense and provide advice on over-the-counter medication for common illnesses, recommending appropriate courses of action and specific consultations.

Pharmacological Knowledge and Development

The Pharmacist is expected to maintain up-to-date pharmacological knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional societies. This ensures continuous awareness of the latest industry information and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to review and interpret physician orders accurately.
• Strong understanding of medication dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Riyadh Region, with opportunities in Riyadh and Jeddah. The role involves working within a retail store environment, requiring direct interaction with customers and supervision of a team.
