About the Role

United Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading daily procurement and clearance activities, ensuring the efficient execution of procurement processes, and fostering strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Role Summary

The Procurement Supervisor will play a central role in managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for assigned categories. This position requires a proactive approach to supplier management, negotiation of commercial terms, and a commitment to cost optimization. The supervisor will also be responsible for analyzing procurement data to inform strategic decisions and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily procurement activities for assigned categories.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating commercial terms.
Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet business requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field. A proven track record in managing procurement processes, supplier relations, and negotiations is essential. The role requires strong analytical skills for data interpretation and a solid understanding of procurement best practices and compliance.
