About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking a Projects Department Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing the Network Development Portfolio and corporate projects designed to generate revenue, aligning with strategic directions. The primary objective is to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of projects, optimizing the utilization of Nahdi's resources.

Project Management and Strategic Planning

  • Manage assigned organizational Network Portfolios, Programs, and Projects in line with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and monitor the New Openings and Refreshment Plan, tracking network expansion net balance (count and revenue) to achieve strategic goals.
  • Develop and communicate network development plans (net revenue and counts), and manage the network's contribution to the SOP.
  • Oversee Health Providers’ expansion and Polyclinics projects as communicated by relevant business departments.
  • Develop comprehensive Project Management plans by gathering stakeholder requirements, sequencing activities, and monitoring execution to ensure on-time deliverables within agreed quality standards.
  • Create Portfolio, Program, and Project Management plans, including related communication management plans, and develop Project Dashboards and reports to track progress.
  • Deliver projects on time and according to quality standards through effective communication with stakeholders, task distribution, and periodic progress reporting.
  • Develop the seeding plan based on project maturity, status, and priorities to ensure complete project implementation.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and platforms for project visibility, assignment, governance, measurement, and reporting, providing training to end-users.

Operational Oversight and Data Integrity

  • Verify and approve the design of project setups through monitoring to ensure timely and accurate implementation of Network Development Projects.
  • Ensure compliance of indexing, updating, and archiving of Network Development projects with set acceptance criteria through random checks.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops for concerned stakeholders to present deadline compliance and identify variances between progress and assignments.
  • Ensure the accuracy of stores data on the Business Intelligence system through random checks to support the decision-making process.
  • Develop and maintain the pharmacies MOH numbering system as per country administrative regions.

Collaboration and Pharmacist Support

  • Contribute as a subject matter expert with project stakeholders, the Operations Excellence team, and Area Sales Managers to set sales targets for new stores.
  • Revise and approve training session materials for pharmacists assigned to new pharmacies, ensuring alignment with company operations, requirements, and updates.
  • Follow up with concerned stakeholders to resolve escalated obstacles faced by pharmacists regarding availability and quality, ensuring timely store openings.

Department Management

  • Manage the performance of the team through providing feedback, coaching, on-job training, and KPI reviews to achieve set objectives.
  • Develop and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through communication with concerned stakeholders to ensure alignment with Department processes.

Qualifications and Work Environment

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The work environment is primarily indoors (95%), with approximately 5% dedicated to outdoor store visits. The work schedule consists of 5 working days with 2 days off, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a one-hour break), with an on-call component.
