Safety Inspector

About the Role

Alrashed Industrial is seeking a Safety Inspector to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. The role involves active monitoring, hazard identification, and promoting a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor compliance with company HSE procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform daily site safety audits and prepare inspection reports.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Report and follow up on safety violations and corrective actions.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations and prepare reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for employees.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments and job safety analyses (JSA).
• Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and drills when required.
• Support the implementation of HSE initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated understanding of HSE policies, Saudi regulations, and client safety requirements.

Work Environment

This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and operates on a full-time schedule within an industrial setting. The Safety Inspector will be actively involved in site inspections and safety monitoring activities.
