CC Staffing International Ltd. is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Retail Sector to join their client, a leading technology and digital transformation company in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and focuses on driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships within the retail sector. The role involves selling advanced technology solutions, including both hardware and software, to support clients' operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose and Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to understand the specific business requirements of retail clients and provide tailored technology solutions. The Sales Account Manager will play a crucial part in enabling clients to enhance their operations, improve efficiency, and advance their digital transformation journeys through strategic technology adoption. This position is one of several Sales Account Manager roles designed to cover various key sectors for the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers within the retail sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outdoor sales, client visits, networking, and targeted business development activities.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and field visits to thoroughly understand client requirements and identify potential solution opportunities.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and comprehensive technology solutions aligned with client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and ensure smooth delivery and post-sales follow-up.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, detailed account plans, and pipeline reports, consistently working towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, at exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role, ideally within the technology sector or serving retail clients. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships is essential.
