The Sales Engineer Role

DCP is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell DCP’s specialized construction products, provide essential technical support to clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Provide pre-sales technical support, assisting customers with product information and tailored solutions.
Prepare, submit, and diligently follow up on price quotations and commercial offers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage payment follow-up processes and support the collection efforts.
Conduct regular customer visits and support the sales team in promoting company products.
Follow up on customer inquiries, offers, and project-specific requirements.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a sales or technical support capacity in the construction sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular engagement with clients and internal teams within the specified region.
