About the Role

Kerten Hospitality is seeking a Security Manager to join The House Hotel Jeddah. This full-time role involves leading a security team to ensure the safety and security of guests and colleagues, enhance emergency preparedness, and maintain a secure environment within the hotel. The position is based in Jeddah and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Located in Jeddah, a dynamic city known for its seaside living, culture, and modern life, the hotel is approximately 20 km from King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel’s security operations, including patrols, access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
• Ensure the smooth operation of security systems such as CCTV, access control, key control, and alarm systems.
• Lead security activities and ensure timely response to and resolution of incidents.
• Monitor and maintain fire and life safety, emergency preparedness, evacuation, and crisis management procedures.
• Plan and implement security risk assessments, security plans for events and VIP visits, and security improvements.
• Manage security contractors, service providers, and security-related contracts.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, investigation records, and lost and found procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies, Civil Defense requirements, and Saudi security regulations.
• Train and support staff on security awareness, emergency drills, and best practices.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations and systems effectively.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
