About Red Sea Global

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a proud subsidiary of Red Sea Global, operates at the forefront of facilitating the Kingdom's ambitious coastal development projects. The company's mission is to provide comprehensive trading solutions that support the construction and operational needs of transformative initiatives such as The Red Sea Project and AMAALA. Leveraging its strategic position along Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, it specializes in sourcing and supplying high-quality materials and services essential for the development of world-class tourism and infrastructure projects, contributing significantly to the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals through a commitment to sustainability and excellence.

The Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable & Finance Operations. This role leads the Group's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Operations functions, serving as the single senior owner of the end-to-end procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles. The Senior Manager directs two junior team leads (AP Lead and AR Lead) and their teams, establishing priorities, service levels, and controls to ensure all supplier invoices, employee disbursements, customer invoicing, and collections are processed accurately, on time, and in line with internal policies, delegation of authority, and IFRS.

This position involves owning working capital performance across payables and receivables, including payment runs, ageing, credit control, disputes, and cash application. The Senior Manager partners with Treasury on short-term cash forecasting and drives standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of finance operations processes on SAP. The role also ensures readiness for internal and statutory audits and acts as the primary escalation point for suppliers, customers, business units, and shared-service stakeholders on all AP/AR matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle: invoice receipt, three-way matching, GRIR clearing, approvals, payment run preparation, supplier statement reconciliation, and vendor master governance.
  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle: customer invoicing, billing accuracy, cash application, collections and dunning, credit control and limits, dispute and deduction resolution, and provisioning for expected credit losses.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the AP and AR teams through the two team leads: set objectives and KPIs, allocate workload, review output quality, build bench strength and succession, and manage performance and development plans.
  • Manage working capital performance across payables and receivables (DPO, DSO, ageing profiles, unapplied cash, overdue balances) and report variances with corrective action plans.
  • Provide AP/AR inputs into the short-term cash flow forecast and payment planning in coordination with Treasury, ensuring adequate liquidity and correct disbursement prioritization.
  • Own AP/AR month-end close activities: sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations, accruals, intercompany balances, ageing analysis, and open item clean-up, delivered to the Group close calendar.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA fiscal and regulatory requirements affecting AP/AR, including VAT treatment, e-invoicing (ZATCA/Fatoora) requirements, withholding tax, and supporting Zakat and tax filings.
  • Design, document, and enforce AP/AR policies, SOPs, and internal controls; maintain segregation of duties, approval matrices, and a fraud-prevention control environment over payments and master data.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for suppliers, customers, budget owners, and business units on payment, invoicing, collection, and dispute matters, maintaining service levels for query resolution.
  • Lead process improvement and automation of finance operations on SAP and related tools (workflow, e-invoicing, OCR/scanning, supplier and customer portals, payment file automation) in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT.
  • Support employee-facing disbursements in coordination with HR and Payroll, including business expense claims, advances, and other reward-related payments.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements for AP/AR: prepare schedules, respond to audit queries, and close out audit findings within agreed timelines.
  • Produce AP/AR operational and management reporting (ageing, KPI dashboards, exception reporting, and volumetrics) for the Associate Director Finance and senior leadership.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of financial operations, IFRS, and KSA fiscal and regulatory compliance.

Operational Standards and Continuous Improvement

The Senior Manager will ensure adherence to all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to maintain controlled and consistent work execution. This includes assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports in line with corporate and functional requirements. A key responsibility involves contributing to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement within the department’s systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practices, business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
