NEAM Real Estate Investment & Development is a Saudi real estate platform specializing in development management, asset management, and advisory services. The company is currently delivering a residential compound project in Jeddah, Makkah, and is expanding its project management capabilities.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager MEP will lead the delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for a residential compound project in Jeddah. This full-time role involves managing MEP contractors, coordinating with the civil team, and ensuring that all systems are delivered, tested, and handed over in accordance with design intent and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the MEP scope across the compound, including villas, amenities, and infrastructure.
• Manage MEP contractors and specialty subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure coordination between MEP disciplines and the civil team.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover (T&C) processes.
• Coordinate utility connections with SEC, NWC, and Civil Defense.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within MEP systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing HVAC, power distribution, water, drainage, fire protection, and low-current systems.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate with various project teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working on-site within a dynamic real estate development environment.
