Jeddah Airports is seeking a dedicated and experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and high standards of various essential services across our airport facilities, contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of passengers, visitors, and staff.

The Role

The Soft Services Facilities Manager is responsible for the oversight and efficient delivery of a comprehensive range of soft services. This includes managing critical functions such as cleaning, waste management, high-level cleaning, pest control, and landscaping services. The role involves managing multiple contracts to ensure all services meet stringent operational, safety, and quality standards within a large-scale airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless delivery of all soft services, adhering to established safety, performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain operational smoothness and ensure full compliance with all contractual agreements.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels, effectively balancing competing demands and priorities.
• Communicate service deliverables clearly and precisely, leveraging detailed knowledge of existing contracts and service plans.
• Implement strategic initiatives designed to achieve and sustain superior service quality across all managed soft services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of previous experience in managing soft services facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale settings, preferably within an airport or similar complex operational environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires a proactive approach to facilities management within a dynamic and high-traffic environment, ensuring continuous service excellence.
