The Role of Spare Parts Officer

Saddik & Mohamed Attar is seeking a Spare Parts Officer to join its team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is central to ensuring the efficient management and availability of spare parts and tools for the company's operations.

Inventory Management

The Spare Parts Officer is responsible for the comprehensive management of spare parts and tools, overseeing their lifecycle from procurement to storage and distribution. Key duties include:

• Ensuring the continuous availability of all required spare parts and tools.
• Ordering spare parts and tools to maintain optimal stock inventory levels.
• Facilitating the timely dispatch and distribution of spare parts and tools to technicians.

Stock Control and Reporting

A critical aspect of this role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and providing timely reports. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting physical inventory counts to reconcile stock data with actual physical inventory.
• Investigating and reporting any inventory discrepancies or variances.
• Generating various inventory reports, including stock movement reports and aging stock reports, as required.

Administrative and Compliance Duties

The Spare Parts Officer will also ensure adherence to company standards and support audit processes:

• Ensuring all inventory documentation is accurate and properly filed.
• Adhering strictly to company policies, inventory procedures, and established quality standards.
• Supporting internal audits by providing necessary documentation and inventory records.

Required Experience and Work Location

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting the company's operations across its Western and Central Regions presence.
