Bupa Arabia is seeking a Trainee – Technology Financial Planning to join its team in Jeddah. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience within a professional corporate environment.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing internal planning and operational support related to TIDES consultants and technology solutions. The trainee will contribute to various aspects, including defining requirements, supporting outsource hiring needs, managing onboarding coordination, and overseeing budget planning and tracking, as well as monitoring solution renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and budget tracking, including the preparation of budget tracking sheets and financial summaries.
• Maintain updated records of committed versus actual spend.
• Assist in vendor delivery monitoring by tracking vendor milestones and deliverables.
• Compile vendor performance data and SLA adherence information.
• Maintain vendor performance records for review meetings.
• Support financial reporting and analysis by preparing periodic financial dashboards and supporting data analysis.
• Consolidate financial information for internal reporting.
• Assist in preparing presentations for leadership reviews.
• Support vendor governance documentation by maintaining records related to vendor engagements and delivery status.
• Assist in preparing vendor review summaries.
• Organize supporting materials for governance meetings.

Core Focus Areas

The trainee will be involved in critical operational support functions, focusing on financial planning and budget management, vendor performance monitoring, and internal reporting and governance documentation. This includes ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting strategic reviews.
