About the Role

Guthmi Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations across its main facilities. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing inventory, optimizing goods flow, and leading warehouse staff to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment
