Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sourcing channels and manage recruitment activities.
- Follow internal and external guidelines for candidate selection.
- Analyze interview feedback to select top candidates.
- Support annual recruitment planning according to manpower needs.
- Ensure adherence to screening and selection criteria.
- Conduct candidate interviews and gather performance feedback.
- Develop a shortlist of candidates for final selection.
Policies, Processes, and Procedures:
- Adhere to relevant policies and ensure consistent work processes.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment systems and processes.
- Promote compliance with policies and procedures.
- Adhere to risk management regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment rules and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer software (*, SAP, Microsoft Office).
- Negotiation and influence skills.
