Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews, drafting, and negotiations of contracts to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
- Analyze legal cases and perform in-depth research to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting both internal and external counsel.
- Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Design system prompts and guidelines for legal applications, ensuring task accuracy through multi-turn conversations.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics in all legal processes and communications.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance legal tools or applications.
