About the Role

Aqarat Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Cashier to accurately and efficiently manage financial transactions. This full-time role involves handling various payment types, maintaining precise financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute financial transactions with customers using Point of Sale (POS) devices or cash registers.
• Receive and collect cash, checks, and electronic payments, processing them according to approved procedures.
• Issue receipts, provide change, and process refunds and credit memos in line with established policies.
• Balance the cash fund by verifying cash at the beginning and end of each work shift, ensuring it matches financial records.
• Verify the accuracy of prices, quantities, and payment values, and ensure a receipt is issued for each transaction.
• Accurately record all received and disbursed amounts, and prepare daily reports for financial transactions.
• Reconcile the cash in the fund with POS device records and financial reports.
• Manage the operational cash float, including withdrawing necessary cash and depositing received amounts according to approved procedures.
• Prepare and process bank deposits, including collecting cash amounts, endorsing checks, and preparing deposit slips.
• Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to approved financial and control policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• General Secondary Certificate.
• Alternatively, a two-year diploma in Business Administration or any related specialization.

Experience and Work Type

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position.

Location

This role is based in either Makkah or Jeddah.
