We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Management and various departments including Finance and Executive Warehouse Management. Your ability to organize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines will ensure smooth operations within our company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, research relevant topics and take minutes.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange business travel for senior management and team members.
  • Office Correspondence Management: Maintain office communications, manage emails and social media presence.
  • Reception Duties: Perform front-desk tasks including answering calls as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle memos and schedules for senior management, and communicate with board members.
  • Media and Event Coordination: Organize media appearances and special events for the company.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Address minor technical issues and liaise with the IT department.
  • Document and File Management: Maintain an electronic filing system and update processes regularly.
  • Project Management: Oversee and track project execution with team members.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster cooperation among departments such as Project Management, Sales, and HR.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare monthly reports, manage accounts, handle payables and receivables.
  • Financial Oversight: Track loans and payments, compile reports for management.

  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل وتوثيقها.

المتطلبات:
  • 3 سنوات خبرة في المجال.
  • بكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الإدارية، الإدارة المكتبية أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.
  • مهارات متقدمة في الأرشفة، التصنيف، إعداد التقارير، وتحمل المسؤولية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية ومهارات ابتدائية في اللغة الإنجليزية.
