As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and organization within the company.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain executive memos, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Provide general administrative support, such as processing expenses, ordering supplies, and managing invoices.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other departments.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Candidate Profile:* Any degree with a minimum of 6 to 7 years of experience.
Strong experience in administration, team management, confidentiality, office work, planning, scheduling, time management, and project meeting coordination.
