What You Will Do:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Engage with customers to meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist with product information.
- Enhance the shopping experience by suggesting additional products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in fitting rooms and cash wrap area.
- Thank customers sincerely and invite them back.
- Store Standards & Housekeeping:
- Keep the store environment clean and organized.
- Adhere to M&S policies and procedures.
- Assist with merchandise presentation and participate in store functions.
- Operations & Inventory Management:
- Participate in inventory management and stock levels maintenance.
- Follow stock loss prevention measures and handle cash operations.
- People & Teamwork:
- Collaborate with peers and management to achieve store objectives.
- Exhibit team spirit and maintain a positive attitude toward the brand.
- Flexibly adapt scheduling based on business needs.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Follow all company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
- Be physically fit for standing and handling merchandise.
Minimum Qualifications & Knowledge:
High School Degree
Minimum Experience:
12 years of retail sales experience
Job-Specific Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift stock as required
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
