Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients through phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, ensuring all pertinent information is captured.
• Remain updated with all promotions and follow established procedures for processing reservations and rate management.
• Maintain an effective filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required.
• Promote good public relations and strive to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure an accurate room status is maintained at all times.
• Answer incoming calls as per Rotana standards and manage email inquiries effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should possess a diploma or degree within the hospitality field and have previous experience in hotel reservations. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are a must, with written and oral proficiency in English being essential. Additional language skills are a plus.

• Attend to inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding reservations.
• Stay updated on all hotel promotions and follow established procedures for process room reservations and rates.
• Demonstrate complete product knowledge and apply rate management effectively.
• Maintain an established filing system for correspondence and generate necessary reports.
• Promote and maintain good public relations to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure room status is accurately maintained at all times.
• Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards and manage information received via fax and email.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests per hotel policy and identify opportunities to up-sell services.

Skills and Qualifications:
You should have a diploma or degree in hospitality and previous experience in hotel reservations. Proficiency in computer use, alongside excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus), is also essential.
