We are seeking a Senior Production Planner (89222) to join our team in Hail, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position.

The Senior Production Planner Role

This role is central to optimizing Almarai’s production efficiency and ensuring high service levels for both internal and external customers. The Senior Production Planner will be responsible for developing and managing detailed production plans, ensuring effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets, and monitoring plan execution across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed production plans based on available forecasts and actual sales order requirements.
• Develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule to ensure effective utilization of processing and packing machine assets.
• Monitor the production plan throughout its lifecycle and communicate necessary changes to relevant departments.
• Review machine performance and recommend adjustments to run rates in collaboration with processing and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure all agreed service levels are consistently achieved for both internal and external customers.
• Promptly communicate any exceptions to allow for the arrangement of alternative supply solutions.
• Provide practical plans for daily and weekly planning meetings, aiming to meet as many requirements as possible.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to avoid non-conformance and concessions in processing and packing plans.
• Maintain a strong awareness of the importance of Customer Service, striving for "On-Time and In-Full" delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 3 years of relevant experience in production planning or a similar operational role. A strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics is beneficial. The ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will be key to success in this position.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, contributing to Almarai's extensive operations in the region.
