The Role: Team Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time position involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The role focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while upholding stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team within the poultry processing operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake of poultry and the processing of specified poultry products.
• Ensure all processed products meet internal customer requirements.
• Adhere to defined management performance parameters, including efficiency in loss-in-process and achieving zero non-conformance.
• Guarantee strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in team management, preferably within a poultry processing or food manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, within Almarai's poultry operations. The role requires managing a dynamic, multi-functional team focused on operational excellence and product quality.
