About the Regional Quality Coordinator Role

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Regional Quality Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality systems across the region. This involves overseeing all aspects of product handling, from receiving and inspection to storage, sales, and delivery, ensuring consumer and customer needs are met. The role requires the implementation of quality procedures, conducting training, performing audits, and reporting on quality performance. Key activities include reviewing findings, recommending corrective actions, following up on implementation, updating procedures and SQA forms, and conducting continuous improvement analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a degree in Poultry Technology or a related science field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Poultry Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is required. The position also requires a valid driving license from the country of origin.

Required Competencies and Skills

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product composition, product quality standards, correct product handling, and food hygiene.
• Experience in the implementation, updating, upgrading, and evaluation of quality systems.
• Strong report writing abilities.
• Demonstrated self-drive, a results-oriented approach, and a clear focus on high-quality outcomes.
• Comfort and ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
