About the Role

Napco National is seeking a dedicated TRUCK SKILLED DRIVER to join its team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is an opportunity for individuals with a solid understanding of truck operations and a commitment to efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure alignment with the loading manifest.
• Effectively transfer goods to their designated destinations.
• Perform essential monthly truck maintenance tasks, including cleaning, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Ensure customer invoices are properly stamped and returned to the Customer Service Department (CSD).
• Report all customer complaints to your superior and provide documented recommendations for service improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid driver's license appropriate for truck operation.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to perform basic truck maintenance.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the role, including loading/unloading if required.

Required Skills

• Proficient driving skills for trucks.
• Competence in performing routine truck maintenance.
• Experience or understanding of loading and unloading procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Effective reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and reporting issues.
