Key Responsibilities:- Supervise packaging assembly operations, ensuring timely and accurate dispensing of various packaging requirements.
- Enter and verify packaging transactions in the system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Check production schedules and packaging orders for proper planning and allocation of work.
- Issue dispensed packaging materials timely to eliminate production downtimes.
- Request packaging components to ensure stock availability.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile losses to minimize discrepancies.
- Guide and train staff to enhance performance.
- Update related documents, including SOPs and efficiency reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Strategic Responsibilities:- Ensure efficiency in operational processes.
- Lead teams in executing operational tasks.
- Implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Monitor and suggest enhancements based on performance metrics.
Functional Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate team tasks for efficiency.

- Contribute to quality control and documentation compliance.
- Manage inventory and facilitate organization of facilities.
Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is preferred.
