About the Role: We are looking for a Director of Revenue to join the pre-opening of SLS The Red Sea. Ennismore, with its luxury brand SLS Hotels, is launching a magnificent project in the oasis that is The Red Sea, scheduled to open in 2025.
About SLS The Red Sea: This new gem of luxury will offer 150 upscale rooms, alongside 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. Catering to adults seeking relaxation and families looking for adventure, SLS The Red Sea will provide a wonderful array of experiences for travelers of all ages.
Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate, guide, and direct department heads in selecting optimum revenue opportunities.
- Measure total revenue performance against strategy and adapt as necessary.
- Monitor the competitive environment to optimize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
- Assess financial implications of market fluctuations on property revenue.
- Assist in preparing the annual Sales & Marketing budget considering market mix and occupancy levels.
- Provide feedback on developing rates and strategies through market data review.
- Manage all aspects of reservations service quality.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of senior leadership experience in Revenue Management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
