Job Description – Part-Time Accounts Receivable Accountant

1. Handle a high volume of tax invoices and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.
2. Key in and record purchase invoices and operating expenses.
3. Prepare and record monthly accruals and provisions.
4. Process credit notes and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment.
5. Verify tax invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and VAT compliance.
6. Reconcile supplier and customer balances where required
7. Ensure all accounting entries are complete, accurate, and up to date.
8. Maintain proper filing and organization of invoices and supporting documents.
9. Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
10. Can work independently

Requirement: This is a part-time position requiring a dedicated, committed, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a high volume of accounting transactions efficiently and meet deadlines.
