The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer [Sales] to join its team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time role supports the company's growth plans, which include an expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets. The position is suitable for candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Regional Training Officer supports the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning goals. This involves equipping employees with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes through both classroom and on-the-job training. The primary objective is to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams within the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives.
• Deliver classroom training sessions to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training to develop employee skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of individuals and teams.
• Work to improve the overall performance of the sales workforce.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver training effectively.
• Understanding of training methodologies for skill and knowledge development.
