The Opportunity: Regional Training Officer (Sales)

Almarai is seeking a Regional Training Officer (Sales) to join its team in Hafar Al Batin. This full-time role involves supporting the Regional Training Manager in achieving regional learning objectives. The position focuses on enhancing the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams by equipping employees with necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes through structured training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Training Manager in meeting regional learning goals.
• Deliver classroom training sessions to employees.
• Conduct on-the-job training to develop employee skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to enhancing the operational efficiency of individuals and teams.
• Equip employees with the required skills, knowledge, and appropriate attitude.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or undergraduate degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training or a supervisory role.
• Ability to develop comprehensive training packages.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Demonstrated coaching skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• A good team player.
