The Opportunity: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time role involves overseeing the Quality Control team and ensuring the implementation of advanced laboratory techniques. The position is critical for maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement within the laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest techniques in the field.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement within the laboratory.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in the seafood processing plant industry or a similar environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against objectives and managing projects that require cross-functional approaches.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in either Makkah or Rabigh. The role requires a dedicated professional to contribute to Almarai's quality standards.
