Monomer Technical Evaluator

About the Role

Applicantz is seeking a Monomer Technical Evaluator for a 12-month contract position based in Rabigh, Makkah. This role requires direct, hands-on experience within specific process units to evaluate technical competency against established operational standards.

Key Process Areas

The position focuses on technical evaluation within the following key process units:

• Alkylation
• High Olefin FCC
• MTBE Metathesis (Methyl Tert-Butyl Ether)
• Naphtha Reforming

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical and job-task competency against established operational standards.
• Identify competency gaps within monomer/process units.
• Provide objective technical evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of direct hands-on experience in the specified process areas (Alkylation, High Olefin FCC, MTBE Metathesis, Naphtha Reforming).
• Strong experience within the Refinery, Petrochemical, and Oil & Gas industries.
• In-depth practical knowledge of process operations, equipment, procedures, and safety standards related to monomer/process units.
• Strong understanding of start-up, shutdown, normal, and emergency operating procedures.
• Proficiency in English communication, interpersonal skills, and reporting.

Important Note for Applicants

Candidates must possess direct hands-on experience in the relevant process units. Generic training or evaluator experience without operational experience will not be considered for this position.

Work Environment

This is a contract position for 12 months, based in Rabigh, Makkah.
