The Opportunity

Almarai is undergoing an aggressive expansion program, coupled with acquisitions in new vertical markets. This growth has created an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering the group's growth plans. This full-time role for a Team Manager is based in King Abdullah Economic City and Rabigh, requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing a self-directing, multi-functional team involved in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products. This role focuses on maintaining internal and regulatory standards while continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the departmental management team to achieve business goals and develop and implement strategies.
• Plan and execute plant run times to meet the master production schedule.
• Direct labor resources to ensure required manning levels in production areas.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained within the department and that necessary documentation is completed.
• Manage training needs and staff performance within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
