The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is part of a dynamic multinational team, contributing to the group's growth plans driven by ongoing expansion and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within operations. This involves a proactive approach to addressing quality and efficiency challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage and follow up on all continuous improvements triggered by customer complaints.
• Address non-compliances, including refer delivery non-compliances.
• Manage issues related to rejects and dumps.
• Ensure follow-up on hygiene audit findings.
• Maintain a continual proactive approach to Operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
