About the Role

Al Morooj Factory for Liquid Detergents and Disinfectants is seeking a qualified Electromechanical Technician to join its team in Sayhat, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role offers an attractive salary, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for the operational integrity and maintenance of production machinery. Key duties include:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid detergent filling and packaging lines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in production machinery.
• Maintain filling, capping, labeling, and conveyor systems.
• Maintain mixers, pumps, motors, compressors, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect and maintain sensors, control panels, contactors, relays, and electrical motors.
• Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, industrial electrical circuits, and basic control systems.
• Repair and replace bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and monitor spare-parts requirements.
• Follow factory safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.

Technical Knowledge and Experience

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Experience in industrial machinery and production-line maintenance, consistent with 0-1 years of professional practice.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, sensors, control panels, and industrial electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Essential Skills

The role requires practical skills to effectively manage and resolve technical issues:

• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
