Role Overview

The Maintenance Tech Supervisor Site is responsible for the direct supervision of all on-site maintenance activities. This role ensures the effective provision and delivery of both first and second-level preventive and corrective maintenance for all systems and equipment located at the site. The supervisor is key to upholding operational standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of first and second-level preventive maintenance tasks for all site systems and equipment.
• Oversee and direct corrective maintenance operations to address system and equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed and delivered according to established schedules and timelines.
• Verify that maintenance activities meet all technical specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage maintenance expenditures to ensure adherence to agreed budgetary allocations.
• Ensure strict compliance with all adopted company policies and operational procedures throughout maintenance operations.

Required Experience

Candidates applying for this position should possess substantial experience in technical maintenance supervision. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record in managing and overseeing complex maintenance operations within a similar technical environment.
