Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all inflows and outflows.
- Manage site petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies if any.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Adhere to internal controls and company financial policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in handling site petty cash or retail/office funds.
- Basic bookkeeping and daily cash reconciliation skills.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
