The Role of Activities Coordinator

The Activities Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located at Waad Academy Schools in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and implementation of extracurricular and co-curricular activities designed to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate school events, clubs, and enrichment programs.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to ensure activities align with the curriculum and school values.
• Manage activity schedules, resources, and logistics.
• Engage with families and the wider community to foster participation.
• Promote student involvement in all activities.
• Monitor student engagement and activity outcomes.
• Ensure all activities adhere to school policies and safety standards.
• Provide regular reports on activity outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the activities program.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Waad Academy Schools in Jeddah.
