About the Role

MBRF, one of the world’s largest food companies, is seeking an AI / ML Senior Analyst to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant fields. The role is central to leveraging data and artificial intelligence to enhance commercial performance and business insights.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The AI / ML Senior Analyst will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced analytical solutions that identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance. This position contributes to MBRF's mission of nourishing life through quality and innovation by optimizing business processes and decision-making through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify commercial anomalies, uncover business opportunities, and improve sales performance.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights on sales, customer behavior, pricing, promotions, demand, and portfolio performance.
• Build predictive models, automated alerts, and simulation tools to support forecasting, pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and commercial decision-making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to enhance KPI frameworks, reporting, and AI-driven business capabilities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency while translating technical findings into executive-ready dashboards and business recommendations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an AI/ML or data analysis role.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems using data.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, customer segmentation, pricing, revenue, and sales performance metrics.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD practices, Docker, and modern data environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex analyses in a clear and business-focused manner.
• A proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging AI to drive commercial performance.
