The Barista Opportunity

This role focuses on delivering high-quality coffee experiences to our guests. We recognize the importance of preparing each favorite drink order accurately and consistently. Key Responsibilities

The Barista's daily duties involve ensuring guests receive their preferred beverages prepared to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

Taking guest orders and providing menu recommendations as a coffee expert.
Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages.
Receiving and processing guest payments accurately.
Managing stock by ordering, receiving, and distributing essential supplies.
Contributing to maintaining high cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this Barista position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
Practical experience with brewing equipment.
Knowledge of various hot and cold beverage recipes and espresso production.
A motivated approach with a drive for excellence.
