About the Role

إبراق | IBRAQ is seeking a Business Excellence Senior Analyst to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to leading operational excellence initiatives and supporting the organization's pursuit of institutional and business excellence awards across its various sectors.

Role Purpose and Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to empower the operational excellence discipline from the ground up within the Group. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for embedding process improvement methodologies and positioning the organization for institutional excellence recognition, aligning with its strategic growth and milestones. This involves driving continuous process improvement and performance benchmarking across all Group sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational excellence assessments across various sectors to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Apply structured methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Excellence, to diagnose and redesign operational workflows.
• Lead the preparation of institutional and business excellence award submissions, such as the King Abdulaziz Quality Award and the EFQM Excellence Model, coordinating evidence-gathering across sectors.
• Benchmark operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against sector and industry standards to identify performance gaps.
• Support the Quality Manager in the development and maintenance of excellence frameworks and maturity models.
• Prepare comprehensive operational excellence reports and improvement roadmaps for management review.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Excellence.
• Experience with institutional and business excellence frameworks and award submissions (*, King Abdulaziz Quality Award, EFQM Excellence Model).
