Key Responsibilities

The Chef de Partie will manage a range of culinary and supervisory duties, ensuring consistent food quality and adherence to operational standards. Primary responsibilities include:

• Preparing, seasoning, cooking, and testing dishes according to established recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervising line cooks and providing necessary support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintaining all work areas in a clean, tidy, and organized manner, preventing cross-contamination.
• Monitoring ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage practices, and implementing effective stock rotation.
• Assisting with food cost control initiatives, contributing to improved gross profit margins and achievement of departmental financial targets.
• Upholding compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
