The Role of Commercial Cards Product & Implementation Consultant

NeoStats is seeking an experienced Commercial Cards Product & Implementation Consultant to support a leading financial institution in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves the development, implementation, optimization, and commercialization of Corporate and SME card portfolios. The consultant will serve as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and external vendors, ensuring successful delivery of card-related initiatives from requirements gathering through to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of Corporate, SME, Business, and Commercial Card products, including credit and prepaid cards.
• Translate business needs into detailed product, functional, and process requirements, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, product, and functional requirements, preparing BRDs, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Coordinate technology implementation activities across various stakeholders and manage project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, business test scenarios, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Support the onboarding and migration of Corporate and SME card customers and collaborate with teams to drive product adoption.
• Conduct commercial card portfolio analysis, develop business cases for new products, and define KPIs for performance measurement.
• Support the development of scalable operating and servicing models for Commercial Cards, defining responsibilities and establishing governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior banking stakeholders, payment network partners, and technology vendors, facilitating project meetings and managing trackers.

Qualifications and Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in commercial cards, product management, business analysis, and technology implementation.
• Demonstrated expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process design, and portfolio analytics.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business, product, technology, operations, and external vendors.
• Experience in supporting commercial card platform enhancements, onboarding journeys, and servicing capabilities.
• Proficiency in preparing product FAQs, user guides, and sales enablement materials.
