The Role: Cyber Security Manager, Identity Access Management

Abdul Latif Jameel United Finance is seeking a Cyber Security Manager, Identity Access Management to join its team. This full-time position, based in Makkah (Jeddah or Makkah), involves leading and optimizing the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Data Protection functions. The role is critical for aligning with Cybersecurity regulatory frameworks, ensuring robust governance over user identities and privileges, and guaranteeing that only authorized individuals have appropriate access to resources and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive IAM strategies to enhance organizational security posture and regulate access to resources and data.
• Oversee the establishment of advanced data protection controls, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for IAM and Data Protection related technologies, while empowering the administrative team to manage daily operations effectively.
• Lead the planning and execution of regular access rights reviews to ensure alignment with Cybersecurity policies and compliance requirements, mitigating identity management risks.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure IAM and data protection measures are integrated within the overall Cybersecurity frameworks.
• Govern and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure high-risk accounts and ensure stringent control over administrative access.
• Supervise the administrative team in implementing IAM technologies and applying the Authority Matrix on required applications.
• Ensure all IAM and data protection initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Evaluate critical access requests based on a risk-driven approach and ensure user activities and audit logs align with security controls.
• Develop, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and security metrics to provide visibility into the health and compliance of identity and information security operations.

Strategic Oversight and Governance

This role demands a strong focus on strategic oversight and governance within the cybersecurity domain. The manager will be responsible for aligning IAM and data protection efforts with evolving regulatory frameworks, ensuring robust control over user identities and privileges. This includes establishing clear policies, conducting regular reviews, and implementing advanced solutions to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance across the organization.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cyber security, with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and Data Protection.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with operations spanning across Jeddah and Makkah.
