About the Role at Hummus Refi

Hummus Refi is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of critical company data across various systems.

Role Overview

The Data Entry Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all company information, including customer details, order specifics, inventory records, and administrative documents, is accurately entered, updated, and meticulously maintained. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data security within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review data for completeness and accuracy before entry into company systems.
• Perform routine data audits and collaborate with relevant team members to resolve any discrepancies.
• Operate and utilize various computer-based applications for data management.
• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records efficiently.
• Provide up-to-date information and support to customer-facing teams as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent focus and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience (0-1 years) in data entry, administration, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will be required to work from our facilities located in Jeddah, within the Makkah region.
