About the Role

Saudi Sicli Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Captain to lead emergency response operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals. The role offers a competitive salary range of SAR 7,500 - SAR 11,250.

The Fire Captain's Role

The Fire Captain plays a critical leadership role in managing emergency response operations and ensuring the safety and readiness of firefighting personnel and equipment. This position involves direct oversight of emergency incidents and continuous development of the fire crew, operating within established safety protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support firefighting, rescue, evacuation, and emergency response operations, prioritizing personnel and public safety.
• Provide initial emergency medical support, including triage, Basic Life Support (BLS), and coordination with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) teams.
• Ensure the operational readiness of fire trucks, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBAs), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and all firefighting tools and equipment.
• Conduct crew training, drills, onboarding, and competency assessments in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), NFPA standards, and safety requirements.
• Support incident command functions, tactical planning, crew deployment, and coordination with dispatch and external emergency agencies.
• Perform station inspections, equipment readiness checks, incident report reviews, and post-incident performance evaluations.
• Supervise personnel, including conducting shift briefings, managing duty rosters, monitoring attendance and performance, and supporting professional development.

• Firefighter I & II – NFPA 1001
• Hazardous Materials Awareness & Operations – NFPA 472
• Fire Apparatus Driver/Operator – NFPA 1002
• Fire Instructor I – NFPA 1041
• Fire Officer I – NFPA 1021
• ICS/NIMS Certification

Experience and Eligibility

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response leadership. This position is designated for Saudi Nationals only, reflecting the local operational context in Makkah.
