About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires 0-1 years of experience and involves direct interaction with guests to guide them through various aspects of their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Guest Experience Experts must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and take a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties consistently and effectively is crucial for guest satisfaction and business operations.
